| About Us: | Curves is a 30-minute total body workout. The workout consists of strength training and cardio. The Curves workout was designed for the everday busy woman. Most women put themselves last. Women are more worried about their families and their jobs than themselves. This is why a 30-minute workout is usually workable for a busy woman who has a million other things to do. If every woman had an hour and a half to spend exercising, then the typical gyms would be perfect for everyone. Curves is a commonsense program. Three times a week for 30 minutes is all it takes to get yourself headed in the right direction and to become the woman you want to be. |
